Our mission is to support local churches, homeschool groups, and other non-profit organizations by providing live sound, lighting, and video presentation services. We exist to empower groups that may lack the equipment, technical expertise, or funding needed to host meaningful events—such as prayer walks, concerts in the park, fundraising events, and weddings for individuals and families facing financial hardship.
We use an online tool called Stage Plot by Ridermaker to prepare for live sound and worship events. This tool allows you to set up your team, equipment, and even customize the stage size for rentals. To help us prepare for your event, please complete the Stage Plot in advance so everything is ready when you arrive. Once finished, you can export your stage plot as a PDF and email it to us.

You will get a sound tech and a support tech to manage your event. Most events will inslude a Behringer Analog sound board with Alto TS310 speakers. We can add on a digital CQ18T board, lighting and trussing for additional cost. Our wedding and birthday events can be custimized in many ways so reach out for more details.
You will get 1 professional for the original overview and 2 to 3 for installtion and programming. We specialize in sound, lighting and video presentation. We have worked with small and large churches in full tech upgrades and small system upgrades.
Nevaeh Events now features a fully portable show rig equipped with 24 wireless microphones (including headsets), dual antenna distribution systems, a Furman power conditioner, and three 8-channel GEARit snakes for seamless sound board connectivity. The system also includes four mic stands for antenna blades, quick-disconnect antenna cabling, two storage drawers for accessories, and a rolling rack for easy transport.
We will meet with you to discuss your ideas and design a stage that fits your needs. We are currently purchasing 4x8 staging that will include stairs and guardrails (as needed). Our staging is brand new and can be configured in a variety of layouts to accommodate many different events with heights ranging from 23 inches to 40 inches.
